In HP Connection Manager and Wireless Asisstant WWLAN is on and working ok, but i dont know how how to setup a WWAN connection from there. It's very strange because the same cards in my mobile phone show maximum signal. With "Orange" sim card AT&T CM shows me network name but without any signal - 0/5 bars. In other sim card (same provider) effect was exactly the same, with other providers card called T-Mobile signal was quite good but AT&T CM shows me that my device is locked (sim-lock?!). I tested other providers sim cards and it's started to looking very strange. Accidentally i've installed AT&T connection dmanager in other (newer?) version and it shows me a help for this error and it may be caused by low signal, and it' true, becaouse i have only one bar.
